Our Survey Department based in our Oswestry and Aberystwyth offices, where our two RICS Surveyors are based, has experienced a strong uptake in their services throughout the past year. Predominately we have found that prospective buyers are now more inclined to instruct an independent surveyor to inspect the property on which they have made an offer subject to contract, rather than relying on a mortgage valuation or no advice if they are paying cash.
