Nearly half the plots on a new residential property development at Minsterley, Shropshire have been sold before the developer has even started work on them.
The Linden Fields development of 18 homes is being undertaken by Shrewsbury-based Primesave Properties and marketed by Shropshire and Mid Wales estate agents and property surveyors, Morris, Marshall and Poole.
Seven of the properties have been sold off plan and Martin Moore of MMP said he believes there will be a lot of interest in the remaining properties.
“A combination of the location and type of homes being developed has created a great deal of interest locally in the development before work has even started. We’re anticipating a lot more interest in the remaining nine properties,” said Martin Moore of Morris, Marshall and Poole.
The remaining properties include two, three and four bedroom houses and bungalows, with prices starting from £123,500.
The development follows a run of successful housing developments from Primesave Homes in Bayston Hill, Meole, Kinnerley. Ellesmere and St. Martin’s Shrewsbury based Primesave.
The houses are gas heated with a choice of kitchens, tiling and carpets and each has a garden and dedicated parking.
The three bedroom properties start at £163,500 for a semi-detached house with garage and the range continues to three bedroom bungalows and four bedroom detached houses.
As the site is only small and with so many already sold there are only a few of each type available.
“We always work hard to ensure our homes are to the best possible standard and we’re always keen to listen to buyers to tailor the specification to suit each individual,” said Keri Jennings, owner of Primesave Properties.
