Properties from Welshpool, Newtown and Machynlleth are among nine with a total guide price of £1.3million expected to attract bidders to an auction in the area later this month.
From a grand coastal mansion to roadside workshop, four-bedroomed homes, a workshop and a cottage in need of modernisation are among the nine going under the hammer.
Chartered Surveyors and estate agents Morris, Marshall and Poole will hold the Collective Property Auction at the Welshpool Livestock Market site near Welshpool at 2pm on Thursday, 24th September.
“We’re anticipating a lot of interest in this latest auction,” said Rob Hudson, a partner at Morris, Marshall and Poole. “There’s a good mix of properties, from the large Victorian mansion at Aberdyfi to a four-bedroomed house at Gobowen, a rural detached cottage needing modernisation at Newtown and land at Pool Quay, among others.”
Properties going under the hammer at the auction include:
• 1 Orchard Villas, Caersws
• Blaen y Cwm, Newtown
• 417 Llys Dulas, Newtown
• 4.26 acres of land at Pool Quay, Welshpool
• The Workshop, Fairbourne
