We know it and you surely know it, but The Sunday Times has this week demonstrated why Mid Wales is such a great place to live as it includes two of the region's towns in its top 50 best places to live in the UK.
Aberdyfi on the South Gwynedd coast and Llanidloes in north Powys are in the top 30, with the costal town taking second spot in the list, while Llanidloes is 26 in the first part of its Best Places list which focuses on rural communities.
This comes on top of Llanidloes and Montgomery being named as top places to live last year.
And we have a great range of properties for sale in both towns which you can find on our website or why not visit the Llanidloes office or take a peak at our display window in Aberdyfi while visiting?
We also have a number of clients seeking properties in both towns, so if you're considering selling, why not give our teams a call or email email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
The Sunday Times list says Aberdyfi is a great place for watersports, for beginners to the experienced and even beats Salconbe in Devon.
It also says Llanidloes is a great place to live and buy a property.
What do you think? Where is your favourite town or village in Mid Wales or Shropshire?
